THE CELLAR DOOR

 

Set against a backdrop of Lake Wanaka and the Southern Alps, we invite you to the Mills family farm to share in our history, community, story and wines.

Our Cellar Door is currently open Wednesday to Sunday from 12pm-5pm.  We will, however, close at 3pm on Friday June 25th.

Until the 1st of July, no appointment is necessary in Level 1 or below, simply come up and share a taste of Rippon with us.  As these tastings are offered on a first in, first served basis, there may be a short wait when you arrive.  These tastings remain free of charge.

From the 1st of July or if we are in Level 2, appointments will be required and can be booked here.  Also during Level 2 and above, access from the lakefront walking track is prohibited.

Large group (more than six people) and private tastings can be arranged and accommodated on request.  Please contact our team for more information: tasting@rippon.co.nz.

FOOD

Our energy is focused on Rippon, the place, and the wines it produces.  We endeavour to keep this focus true and undiluted so do not have a restaurant in regular operation, nor do we offer food through our Cellar Door.

Other than licensed caterers for specific events, outside food is not allowed anywhere on the farm.
